You don't need to be “broken” to want a coach. The people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and successful — and they know there's more. More alignment. More aliveness. More of themselves in their own life.
Coaching is a space that's entirely yours: to think out loud, feel what's true, and act on it, with someone in your corner who will encourage you warmly and challenge you honestly.
What we might explore together
A career crossroads — a new role, a leap into your own thing, or the question "is this still what I want?"
A life transition — a new chapter, an ending, a beginning you want to meet intentionally
Burnout and energy — moving from running on empty to living sustainably
Confidence and voice — showing up as yourself, setting boundaries, being heard
Relationships — at home and at work, and the patterns you'd love to shift
Purpose — reconnecting with what matters and letting it shape your choices
Your creative self — the artist, maker or writer you set aside to be sensible, and how to invite them back
A big dream you keep putting off — and what it would take to begin
How I coach: head, heart and body
Most coaching stays in your head. Real change doesn't.
Head — we'll bring clarity to the noise: what you want, what's in the way, what's actually true.
Heart — we'll listen to your values, longings and relationships, and build the self-compassion that makes change kind.
Body — your body knows things before you do. We'll work with energy, presence and somatic awareness. And if you're drawn to it, with horses, whose feedback is immediate, honest and free of judgement.
There's no one-size-fits-all method here. Some sessions are deep and reflective; some are practical and action-oriented. You set the agenda; I bring the mirror, the map, and the honest challenge. I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and work within the ICF Code of Ethics — so this is a safe, confidential, professional space, held with warmth.
Ways to work together
| Program | Best for | Cadence |
|---|---|---|
| 🌟 The North Star Intensive | A one-day deep dive when you need clarity on one big question, now | 1 x 4-hour Deep Dive |
| ✨ The Spark Sessions | Focused momentum on one goal or change over 90 days | 6 sessions / 3 months |

Many clients continue with ongoing sessions afterwards, but there's never pressure to.
This is your journey; I'm here for the parts where company helps.
Reclaiming your creative self
You were creative long before you had a job title. Then somewhere between deadlines, mortgages and being sensible, the making got smaller — squeezed into "someday", demoted to a hobby you feel guilty about, or filed under things you used to do.
Here's what I believe: your creativity isn't gone. It's hungry. Most creative people I meet haven't lost their spark — they've just been rationing it for years, feeding everyone and everything else first.
I'm a designer by trade and a maker at heart, so this territory is home ground for me. Together we can:
Rediscover what lights you up — the materials, ideas and play your hands have been missing
Make room in a real, full life — creativity that coexists with the job, the family, the adulting
Quiet the inner critic — the perfectionism and comparison that make starting feel dangerous
Let your creativity feed everything else — because a nourished creative side shows up as better thinking, better energy, and more of you in the room
You don't have to quit your job to be an artist again. You just need the space to reconnect with your creative soul.
Coaching with horses
If you like your coaching to be a full-body experience, we can work with my equine co-coaches — outdoors, in beautiful nature, at my horses' home 45 minutes north-west of Central London, or with partner locations across the US and Germany.
All sessions are on the ground; no riding, no horse experience needed.
